Keep in mind, before adding the DEM.img to City Engine, it would be best to reproject the DEM from GCS_North_American_1983 to NAD83_UTM_zone_11N. This can be done during the step of using the Raster Calculator (within the Coordinate System parameter of the Environments), or by using the Project geoprocessing tool in ArcMap.
